Hands down some of the best cookies and scones I've ever had! My partner and I drove up to Vermont for a peaceful weekend out of the city and Bennington, with all it's charm, did not disappoint. We looked up places for our stay and Moon Scones, with rave reviews came up right away, but due to it being a holiday weekend, we thought we wouldn't make it into the shop. However! After a heavy (and beautiful) snowstorm the day before our departure, we unknowingly ran into Wendy in town as we were trying to fix a broken windshield wiper. Wendy kindly asked if we needed assistance and offered help -- what a life saver! Even though the shop was closed, Wendy offered us some parting treats for the long drive ahead. My partner and I were filled with such care and tenderness from the connection.
