Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

My order was a complete joke. Promised time was 5:32. I walked out of that restaurant with my food at 6:07. Just to get home and my wife's CRISPY CHEESY BIRRIA DILLA is missing the lime wedges, and the diced onions and celantro. Not a single person checked with me to figure out what was going on until about 15 min of me standing there. The sweet young African American girl noticed me and asked me what I was waiting for then proceeded to get my order taken care of. She seemed to be the only one that cared. It still took them another 10 min to make the birria dilla and she made my burrito herself. They must have lost the slip and just ignored the bag or they gave my food to someone else.

Then when I got home I found out I didn't get the guac I ordered. I was watching others who I could tell ordered after me get their food and walk out along with customers entering the restaurant ordering at the counter.

All the while I was standing in the restaurant the manager was joking around with the girls that worked there and not really managing the restaurant. There was complete chaos in the delivery/pickup packing area and they did absolutely nothing to assist.

I will never be back to this restaurant.

We tried calling the restaurant at the number we received in the confirmation email and it just rings and rings and rings. Probably because the manager is flirting with the girls...

Update: I was willing to give Bubbakoo's a second chance last night. I ordered in advance this time and was there within a few minutes. again, 3 employees...not a single greeting. everyone's backs were turned to the counter. The food? It was ready when I got there so that was certainly a plus. However, minutes later when I arrived back home, I dug right in. I was excited to try the pineapple express burrito. Much to my dismay, the entire burrito was cold. There was nothing hot about it. I ate it, hoping it would get better but it just really fell short of the amazing description listed.

Well, I can only tell you about the service, or lack thereof that I experienced. I came in for lunch the other day and after standing there for several minutes, I left. The first time I went here I didn't think the food was so good. I love Mexican food. The one thing I did like was the guacamole . So last week after work I figured I'd stop in and grab some for the Phillies game. Unfortunately, I felt like I was bothering the employees. The one woman is dull and very very rude she is not cut out to work with the public. I tipped her a buck but I guess she wanted more? 😂. I'll just go the few extra minutes out of my way to the other Mexican place by the DMV. The food is decent and the staff is pleasant. I'll just say it I give this place 6 months.
