Napoli's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

I recently discovered that Napoli's is under new management. It didn't take long to notice that the new owners are friendly and take pride in their food. I made a point to visit and see how they measure up against the competition in the Bensalem area. I ordered a large plain pizza and a cheesesteak with extra Cooper cheese and fried onions. I have to say, both dishes deserve a solid 5-star rating.

The pizza was outstanding—an Italian hand-tossed creation with a perfectly thin crust. The sauce had the right amount of zest, and the combination of mozzarella with a hint of Parmesan on top was simply fantastic. This pizza has easily secured a spot among my new favorites.

The cheesesteak was nothing short of exceptional, showcasing high-quality ribeye that truly elevates the experience. The combination of the crusty yet soft seeded roll was a perfect match, while the thick, perfectly cooked onions added a delightful touch. This is no ordinary cheesesteak from a pizza joint; it’s a top-tier creation that deserves your attention and appreciation.

I ordered here through Uber eats. The food came fast; however, part of my order was incorrect. I ordered a white pizza because I am allergic to tomatoes. Of course, they put tomato sauce on my WHITE pizza so I could not eat it. I requested a refund from Uber Eats. Then, I called this place and asked to speak with a manager and the girl who answered the phone told me that she made the mistake with keying in the information. I did appreciated her honesty, but then she says that the manager was "busy". I told her that I paid for more than just that one pizza, and am a paying customer so I wanted to speak with a manager. She put me on hold for the second time. When she came back I asked for the manager's name, then she put me on hold again. I hung up from there. Hence, why I am here writing a review. This was my first and last time ordering from this place. She offered to send another pizza, but they couldn't get it right the first time and the manager did not have the decency to come to the phone. So why would I trust them to send me anything else? Just ridiculous....

Used to love this place but have had numerous problems since ordering via delivery app. Timed the order for a later time but got a phone call from irrate driver that we werent home. Problem was he was delivering order an hour early. I drove to store to figure out what was going on to learn they "didnt see the time".,, OK but thats about the 5th time they didnt see a request, this time accounting for now cold food sittng at the restaurant that Noone ever cared to call me about. No apologies were made just "didnt see it". When u asked to speak to manager I was told he was too busy, no. Won't ever order from here again, plenty of other places know how to use apps and display better customer service to a paying customer. Very very...
