Wawa — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

I went to this Wawa this past weekend and I regret it only because the cashier had a nasty attitude. My husband ordered the $6 meal deal that they have advertised all over the store and on the screens and outside.. With that being said, we put the order in (hubby ordered from the $6 meal deal menu) I get to the register and pay and then we were told we had to ask the cashier for a cup.. when I asked to cashier for a cup she looked at me with a nasty look and she had no clue what I was talking about. that's was the first issue. I said is there any way we can get the cup she was like what are you talking about, I said my husband ordered the $6 meal deal and she was like oh you got charged regular price because you didn't say anything to me about the $6 meal deal.. I said I shouldn't have to it's advertised everywhere why do I have to go up to the register and tell them about a promotion that's being advertised THROUGH out the store. Needless to say she gave me the cup but we need to do better. I have never been to a place that offered a promotion and then I had to go to the register and say something about it, she did offer me a refund and stuff but at that point I was just so over the whole situation I just walked off.. Do better Wawa and retrain the associates up front. I accidentally through out the receipt or I would have...

This wawa got some ignorant workers. The only reason I keep coming here is because it's very close by. Usually i use the self pay and only use register to pay gas. I avoid the workers. Today I scanned a food receipt at the self pay register but my credit card didn't work so I decide to pay cash at the register. The young kid at the register (who probably thinks I'm younger than him I just look young ) was so rude. When I saw he couldn't scan the food receipt. I told him that's probably because I already scanned it at the self pay but I canceled it because my card didn't work. He had a mental breakdown like he's on his period and kept saying "don't do that, don't. Dont . Don't do that. Don't do that when u do that it means u have to order again because it's cancelled and he cant scan it. I gave him a nasty look and said ok??? And he said have a nice day. I don't work there I don't know why he's telling me dont do that . I didnt know u cant cancel a receipt at self pay but he didnt have say "dont do that" 10 tines. I had places to go so I didn't...

I do not usually fill these out, but I never experienced such an outstanding employee as Gus. He made my visit to Wawa in Bensalem a VERY pleasurable one by taking out time from his busy schedule to help me with multiple things. Gus's attitude is so positive. His knowledge of everything possibly feasible throughout the store is so very impressive. the patience of a saint, thoughtfulness, and just overall sweet demiener was a breath of fresh air, to say the least. I will most certainly be returning to Bensalem Wawa because of the outstanding service I was given. Treated with the utmost respect. I can go on further, but I'll run out of room. A true great experience for me.
