Worst Pizza Hut. They recalibrate their oven to cook pizzas at a quicker rate during peak times, resulting in under cooked pizza. Staff told me this themselves. Donāt expect the crust to look like any of the photos they use to promote. The crust is so soggy that my pizza slice falls apart before transferring it to a plate and Iām using 2 hands to do this. Couldnāt stomach the cheesy crust and this is usually my favorite from Pizza Hut. Iāve made this notice before and staff told me to request my order to be cooked to well done. First few times I did this, the pizza was good, but it didnāt last. After giving them several chances, I finally called to get a refund on ONE of the many orders that I received. No apologies, just excuses, and the manager stated, āI cooked and sliced them pizzas myself and they looked well done to me.ā Terrible! Their solution: drive the pizza back, and weāll make you a new order. Iām exhausted from work. Iām not driving back. They gave me credit for a FUTURE order. I payed $41 and they gave me $32. I tip at least 18% to 20% each time for terrible pizza and terrible service. My fault for not opening the box before driving away. Cost of everything has gone up and I chose to spend my $41 dollars here. My fault! I wonāt be going back to use my credit on a future order because itās a waste of time and time is also money. Noticed service is a bit slow and staff seems to be a little bit in shambles but it's understandable for the first week of opening.
However, on my second visit I had ordered ahead of time for a pick up and when I arrived the screen had already reflected that the order was ready and completed to be picked up. Waited at the register but no staff came to assist for about 5mins or so, no employees were in sight. Upon checking me out there was a computer error which the employee needed help to resolve, however the only solution was to swap registers, but then notified me that the order is stuck on the other screen and that we needed to wait a bit longer.
Shortly after the rep proceeded to take another client's order at which time the remaining register had gone out as well. However, the issue is not with the technical difficulty but with the service and demeanor of the staff, everything seemed funny and a joke even after a customer had been waiting for 15-20 mins for an order that I had previously placed online 15-20 mins to avoid waiting. So all that being said, there was no apology or any type of remorse for the inconvenience and the extended delay. There is also no form of customer service represented by staff members in the store. When I went into the store I see a guy preparing pizzas and eating his own personal food in the preparation area and he is chewing on his food while he is taking pizzas out of the oven. He has no mask. I finally got my food and when I got home I was supposed to have stuffed crust yet there was no cheese inside of it it was just folded over and hollow.
