Taco Bell — Restaurant in Benson

I like my local Taco Bell. And usually they're really nice to you there. I give this particular experience four stars instead of five because of what I hope is an isolated incident. I was taking a friend to run errands for her and she wanted to stop at Taco Bell. So we went inside I told her to download their app so she can get the buy one get one free hard crunchy taco off the app. She did so. Now we were inside of the Taco Bell in Dunn When she did this, but the app took her order for the Taco Bell in Benson which is 7 mi up the road. We didn't notice that. And then we waited forever for her food and it never came and we asked about it and so we looked and sure enough there was ordered in the wrong place. Now I had had that experience before with Burger King in a town and the manager called the Burger King where it accidentally went to and told them what was up and she fixed the order right there for me to make it good because on the app it was already paid for. This was not the case however at this Taco Bell on this certain occasion. They were busy as everyone is always busy this day and age in the pandemic era, But they acted like they could care less that the app had made that mistake. We waited for someone to come to the counter after the girl said We had sent it to the wrong place. We figured to be sure they were going to help us try to take care of this and they didn't ever do that. So after waiting about 10 more minutes we hitailed it to the Taco Bell in Benson to get her food. Which was out of the way and gas is you know up the roof because of Putin but anyways.... A lot of employees don't know about the app of their restaurants or care to and that maybe needs to change in the future for all restaurants if they're going to offer app orders. Other than that I do like my local Taco...

On 12/21/17 at 10 :54 . I was going through the drive thru. There was a car in front of me and one behind me . Either of us got waited on. The car in front pull off. I pull up and waited until 11:01. I started around the the building saw 4 cars leaving the parking lot , which was the workers. Which appear to be the workers.I did see one man in the building and he was looking at me .I check the parking lot . There was only one car left. My friend yesterday went and her order was all wrong didnt get half the stuff she order. She had to drive back to get the rest. I am not sure what is going on. The mangers need to get a handle on the employees. I know in the past it has been a good place to eat and has been friendly service. I normally dont complain or write comments. I just disgusted on the service tonight. The employees was wrong . The hours stated on the web site 7am - 11 pm. Customers should be service until that time. They didnt even deserve the one star I had to give them to get started. I am looking the 800 number to complain higher up. I figure no need to complain to the manager cause I feel it is part of the problem. I want others who have been done like this to write an review. So this...

No service on the inside. They make you use a kiosk to make your order, So if you have a question well you will never get an answer, because the party going on the back could care less if you turn their direction. Placed my order at the kiosk and waited for my name to be called. thought I heard my name called and walked to the counter same time as another lady. Asked if my name was called and got no response. come to find out a few minutes later that the unaware employee or party guest whatever he was gave my food to the woman. I have a mans name and i was the only man in the Resteraunt at the time, some common sense goes a long way. After the party goers realized what happened they scrambled to remake my order. No issue of apology or wrong doing, coupon nothing. Sold out of Mexican pizzas too, and this was the whole reason for even going to this place in the first place. Sad I had to find that out by overhearing the lady working the drive thru. Besides my bad experience today, this TB is pretty dirty. Tables are not wiped, and the bathrooms are nasty. I had to go when i went in, but held it until i left to avoid using...
