Casey's — Restaurant in Benton Township

Great pizza for the price and was a great go to but always late on the orders. Gave them some grace since it was a new store and people were learning. That being said, we recently put in a scheduled order about 2 hours in advance. Got there when the order should have been done and there was a croud waiting for pizza. I asked about my order and they said 5 minutes. Fine, busy time and 5 minutes is ok. Stood there for 15 minutes while the family waited in the car, and asked again still 5 minutes. I took the family home and got back 10 minutes later and the pizza had just finished 25 minutes late on a scheduled order. The whole crowd was gone. They put the other orders through before a scheduled order placed 2 hours earlier. I complained about it and having been told the 5 minutes when it was a lie. Got an excuse about short staffing. I get finding workers is hard but that doesn't impact the order in which you make things. No apologies, the wife and I didn't get to eat the pizza because we were already late, and we haven't...

I have never experienced a Casey's gas station that is constantly having problems like this one does. I've come here on two separate occasions to get gas and two times have been unable to pump for whatever reason. Their card readers are always having problems INSIDE as well, so half the time this is a cash only establishment, but you don't know that until you get to the door of course. How to get a FREE PIZZA? since they don't verify names before handing out orders, you can just walk in and ask for an order and leave with a prepaid pizza! Terrible customer service within the kitchen that just leaves a poor taste in your mouth.. since they refuse to remake the pizza for the person who actually paid for it, due to their error! Give this store to a Kwik Trip expeditiously! The only positive I can say about this store is the cashiers...

It's a nice store but the staff is pretty poor. Counter staff is either in a bad mood or not there people waiting in line for 10 mins. One time the Counter staff was wasting time asking the people trying to buy stuff and leave where they would like to go on Vacation? And don't order pizza at this location because they people making it don't care. If you do order from this location make sure you check it before you leave.
