We asked if the chicken strip basket with six of them came with toast they said yes we got our basket. No toast got almost all the way home. Had to turn around and come back for the toast because that’s our favorite part and we did that and the attitude that the girl had was not very nice but we got our toast and then drove home. If I could give this location a negative score I would. I waited 5 min in the drive thru to even place my order. Then when I finally got to the window and after I paid for my food, the cashier was rude and it took another 5 minutes to get my food. We opted out of getting out sundaes and said we would just take the coupons and they just wrote on out receipts. As we dont live near this location, I went back inside and asked for the sundaes. I asked for a hot fudge sundae with pineapple and pecans, and what I got was vanilla soft serve with pecans. I will go somewhere...

I ordered a Carmel frappe and both times I have ordered at the Benton Illinois restaurant I got mocha frappe. I called back again and was told by some foreign lady that was what I ordered I told her no. She refused to make it right. I have ordered Carmel frappes from Christopher and Johnston city and got exactly what I ordered Carmel frappes not mocha.
