Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Benton

Horrible place. We've ordered at least a dozen times from this location over the past four years and honestly have gotten what we ordered once. Christmas time we ordered so that my parents and my kids could have something to eat while my wife and I were out shopping. Was told there is a delivery fee, no problem. Hour and a half goes by and my mom texts me to let me know they still haven't got any food. My wife calls Dominoes and they tell her it's been ready waiting for us to pick it up. We tell them that it was for delivery and the girl that took the order even said there was a delivery fee. We talk to a manager and she argues with us and tells us they are just teenagers and we need to cut them some slack. They finally get the stuff delivered after we paid another delivery fee. Of course the pizza was ice cold and inedible after sitting out for 2 hours under a heat lamp. Many times we order a meetza with extra cheese, and get a cheese pizza. Last Saturday my wife and I went on a date night. Mom and dad was with the kids again and ordered a 1/2 meetza, 1/2 cheese. They got a burnt 1/2 meetza, 1/2 nothing but sauce. I can't stant this place, and it's been like this since before the covid pandemic. Honestly don't know how they stay open with all the constant mistakes and "free" pizzas they give away to fix...

Im a small buisness owner on vacation with my family in Calvert City Kentucky. I placed an order online for carry out and when I went in to the store to pick up my pizzas I heard some of the most hateful and rude speak coming from one of the employess towards another employee. I overheard a larger woman with redish hair who was making pizzas speak to another younger girl whom I believe was working the registers. She said something along the lines of "you don't need to be hanging up stickers you don't know what the fu** you are doing and you can't even read". It was horrible and if I would have heard one of my employees speak to another like that I would FIRE THEM AND WALK THEM OUT WITHOUT HESITATION. This poor younger girl was visibly shaken and hurt by the words of this woman. I walked out without paying or even getting my pizzas I refused to help pay for one person to speak to another that way. I will not be using this store again. I suggest if you're in the mood for pizza there is a Mr. Gattis right up the street. This person needs...

My grandma called to order a pizza at 4:30pm. They told her it would be 45 mins. It didn’t arrive. After about an hour she called back and they put her on hold. When I got to her house she had been on hold for 15 mins. My bf called to see if they would answer. They answered and immediately put him on hold. The pizza finally arrived after about an hour and a half. It was the wrong pizza. I called. They answered and tried to put me on hold. The man that answered was really nice. He told me he would get a replacement sent to her. I was told it would be the first to go out. They once again told us 45 mins… I left her house… it is now 8:10pm and she JUST NOW got the correct pizza. My grandma had been waiting on the correct pizza for 4 hours. My advice to the restaurant? Don’t tell people 45 mins if it’s going to be 4 hours. Idk...
