(Date Saturday April 1st, 2023) I seriously think they need better help inside. A rework in management. But I also think throwing more people in to this chaotic situation will not help. I worked in fast food until I was 19 and I worked at the old Hardee's that was once located on Military Rd in Benton when they first opened up in Benton. I was lucky enough to have worked hard enough during their grand opening to be able to keep my job. A few if my friends were let go. So I have some experience working with fast food. This Hardees located in South St has horrible food preparation. By now they should know that the breakfast rush would be between the hours of 8 and 11. Then the lunch rush would start. I waited for my order from 9 until at least 0935 in the dining area. At that time there was one person waiting on food because they had already paid and there were 5 people in front of me waiting to order. A couple came in that had a mobile order. They said they had been waiting an hour. They could have been in the drive thru and then came in because they came in after I paid for my order. I will say that the staff did get a little perturbed at this customer. I get that both parties could have handled it better but I'm not them. I stood and waited for my food. When I got my food(carry out) my hash rounds were slightly cold. The biscuit had a nice crispy outer just like I remember but the Frisco breakfast sandwich wasnt toasted nearly as long as I have seen before. I made the mistake of getting my coffee before my order was completed and it was warm cooling off by the time I took a sip. Overall my food could have been better but at least the biscuit still had the great flavor and texture I remember. The staff could have taken 3 minutes to explain the situation to the people who ordered their food on line instead of giving attitude and not giving them a number to call. Every single time I have ever visited, the level of kind, gracious, and sheer level of respect consistently exhibited by their employees beat some of the many 5-star restaurants I've visited in virtually every major city throughout the US, period.
In this day and age, this quality of service they serve up simply doesn't exist anywhere nor with anyone. Which goes both ways, customers and employees both.
So, hats off to this crew! They truly care about their product and how they conduct themselves. Talk about proper etiquette and respect for the individual, this team nails it!
Please give this Hardee's location your business & ... please remember that every single fast food employee (actually EVERYONE in the customer-facing employee within the food service industry) work so incredibly hard and are so humiliated by the public... constantly abused, disrespected and shamed by the vast majority of customers.
Greet them by their name, ask them about their day, and conduct yourselves (& teach your children) with dignity, kindness, & attention through in a big smile, a little humor and always conduct any interactions with anyone you encounter with the utmost articulate proper manners, ALWAYS.
Make their day.

Read moreWe were traveling through, coming from the Ft Smith (AR) area on our way to Shreveport (LA), and got here at 7:54 pm, and the door says that they close at 10 pm. We went in, and everything was packed up like they were closed, so we asked them if they were open and if we could eat in. There was an employee sitting at a booth in the corner and a guy charging his cell phone sitting at a table, but no one else was in there. The employee looked at us and told us she "guessed" we could dine in "if you had to" but then stated "if you eat here, though, you better not make a mess, because we're not cleaning that lobby again." I would understand if they were about to close, but they're still open another 2 hours. The lobby wasn't even clean! The booths had greasy looking stuff smeared on the seats, and there was trash under a few of the tables. The drink machines were shut off, so they had to turn them on so we could get sodas (or refills). We ordered and got our food fairly quickly. The burgers were phenomenal--although they gave me 2 top buns instead of a top and bottom. The burgers were prepared correctly and were hot and fresh. The fries were hot but were somewhat soggy and limp (but tasted great). We had three large fries, and the employees would only give us 4 packs of ketchup.
