I will never go here again or recommend to go here. My order was messed up when I got it. Asked for cheese on the side for my fries and there was cheese on the fries. The fries did not taste very well like the oil was old or dirty. I asked for a burger and when I got it after paying $5.00 for it looked like a kids burger with a bunch of holes in the meat. I thought a burger was supposed to be put together not have holes in it. I asked for the manager and she came out snapping on me and did not let me say anything. Just because I am the wife of a former employee I should not be treated as a paying customer The manger came out saying what is the problem I do not have time for this as I am to busy. Would not let me say a word just kept going off. She then walked away and started screaming about making another burger to the people in the kitchen. The other burger came out with just as many holes in the meat. If that is how they make their burgers then cool but as a paying customer I should still be respected when asking about the food I paid for. Their was another customer in their at the same time who said that was very rude it should not matter who you are as long as your paying for the food. I never went in there with bad attentions. I truly wanted the food since it had been a few weeks since eating here. I also watched a cook from the kitchen use the bathroom and never wash his hands before re-entering the kitchen. He may have washed them in the bathroom but he passed a sink before entering the kitchen and should of again washed his hands as I have seen others...
Read moreMy wife and I came to Muse a few nights ago. We usually really like the food here, but our experience tonight was AWFUL.
First of all, we came about 30 min before closing. I tried to order a double burger and the girl informed me they only had enough meat for that burger. I should’ve seen that as a red flag. So we ordered 2 single burgers instead - also a large fry.
We got our food and as we pulled out of the parking lot we immediately realized it was all cold! Like it was leftovers from being cooked much earlier. When we got home we realized that almost all the toppings were wrong. My burger had ketchup that I did not order and was missing tomatoes, onions, AND bacon. Also, the burger patties were absolutely tiny!!! We’ve been here before. We know what the burgers are like. I honestly wonder if they split the only meat they had left between our two burgers. They looked like slider patties on the buns. Again, they were cold!
Worst of all, my wife’s burger was VERY rare in the middle. I like a medium rare burger, which mine was, but Hers was barely rare! She couldn’t even eat it. Absolutely unacceptable.
We’ve been here a lot and never had such a horrible experience.
I messaged the owners, but I still haven’t heard back. I really hope things change here quickly. Y’all can’t stay in business with customers having...
Read moreBurger was great - my only criticism would be to add more veggies but overall it was just right.
Fries are mediocre, or mid, as the kids say. Limp and uninteresting. Cajun fries were only slightly more seasoned than the sea salt fries.
The way they serve drinks is terrible. There is ONE soda fountain and it’s at the counter. So if you want a refill, hopefully there’s no line and an employee is able to see you (we stood waiting for a refill for a while and gave up).
The straws have literally the biggest diameter I’ve ever seen. I could fit my pinky inside there. I think they’re called Boba straws. Combine this with the tiny Sonic ice in the drinks and you’re sucking up about 50% ice, 50% soda into your mouth.
Finally, the prices are outrageous. A burger (with cheese and bacon), fries, and a drink is about $17 including tax. This place might be worth driving through getting a burger if you had a bag of Lay’s and your own soda to drink with it in the car.
Most of these issues are with how the franchise is designed - no issues with the friendliness of the employees...
