McDonald's — Restaurant in Bentonville

This place is sadly in a freefall. Just 2-3 months ago this may have been the best McDonald's I had eaten at across 6 states and in NWA. The crew was efficient, confident, skilled and so polite. Their food was hot, fast and fresh - which is the most you can ask for at McDonald's. And perhaps most surprising, their iced coffee was sublime. I've been drinking McDonald's iced coffee for 10+ years and in WA where coffee is so prevalent. But this tiny McDonald's made it perfect and the best. You could taste each layer of the coffee, with all parts singing rather than stale, burnt or bitter coffee being poorly masked by busckets of cream and sugar.

All this wonderful experience was thanks to one woman, Jordyn, and her crew. It was around two months ago that McDonald's moved her to Centerton. Drive thru times doubled and the rest of the crew seems to be less happy, efficient or present. There is a general malaise. It is clear that not only did Jordyn perform her job duties excellently, she created an atmosphere of confidence and performance that brought out the best in the crew. The other leaders and crew were all working great, but now they are trying to hire more and the new ones are either not being trained well or there is just too much chaos to perform well.

Hopefully, they find their rhythm and get stronger. Luckily, Jordyn's perfect coffee is still pretty...

Terrible service slower than molasses young girl cashier had an attitude like she was being bothered couldn't get the order right after being told four times what I wanted a hamburger plain with no onion no pickle no lettuce no tomato no nothing a piece of meat between two pieces of bread and I want four of them she couldn't even get the order right the lines were outrageous everybody's bringing their bags back saying your orders were wrong I have gone to this McDonald's two or three times prior there has not been one time that I've been there when I'm there has not been a problem not only with myself with other customers complaining when I told them about the other McDonald's down the road they told me that's not the same owner and if I think that one is better maybe I should consider going there all the time and I said well from now on I will I'll drive the extra mileage I said to pay for service with a smile and know that they appreciate my business and get the orders right on the first time told her have a very nice day and good luck with her job and I left even there drive-thru is always backed up will you have people parked on the side waiting for the workers to run outside with your order and hand it to you because they cannot wait in the Drive-Thru line it's too long all the way around the building and preventing cars from parking in the spots...

I would never write a review about McDonald's it's freaking McDonald's but this McDonald's is seriously hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to across the continental US not only is it dirty they also choose whenever they're going to stop serving breakfast which is quite annoying and even if it wasn't annoying like who stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 in the morning this McDonald's does and then the lady that is taking your order has such an attitude I don't even know why she came to work because her head bobbing and rolling the eyes needs to just go elsewhere it's freaking McDonald's I shouldn't have to write a review it's kind of just a given it's fast food but this McDonald's on the other hand needs to shut down because it's a covid walking case nobody in here is healthy the people making your food is wearing no mask everybody's touching everything it's disgusting so I'm actually glad they stop serving breakfast at 9:00 in the morning because after seeing the inside of this McDonald's I'm glad I didn't order anything the owner and the manager of this place needs to look for another job because they're not doing their job correctly disgusting...
