(My experience at Dunkin Donut on Route #30 Stratford New Jersey) and Berlin New Jersey & most Dunkin Donut all seem to be the same way any more!! The workers seems to me only wants to work with the "drive-in only." When you walk in there is no workers at the counter. The worker that was by the counter was too busy taking orders on the iPad. He finally looked up & said he will be with me shortly I had to wait a long time till he was finish his ipad order. There was many other worker were all working in the drive-in. After I finially gave my order the manager was rude came up to the worker and said something to him & interrupt my order after waiting a long time, so I repeat it to be sure my order was right & it was wrong order. I order 1donut and I got 2 donut. (I'm sure I paid for that too.) Also false advertisement on your bulletin board I wanted an apple cinnamon donut and workers say they don't even have it. (Take the sign down if you don't have it very deceiving.) It should be a few worker at each station especially at the counter for the walking people & not just all of them at the drive-in or taking i-pad order, & make you wait a long time. I was not the only one walked in there was other people behind me experience the same thing& was getting very annoyed. Dunkin Donuts workers really changed so much and they're are not nice & very annoying with attitude. They seem to me they really don't want to work. Read moreFirst off let me start off by saying how rude and immature the new manager is at this location. She seems very young for her job title and needs to be looked at. She has no manners. She doesn’t understand the concept of customer service in my belief. Basically threw my change at me and when she dropped it outside the drive thru window on the ground she expected me, a 65 year old woman to be able to get out and grab it from the ground. It seemed very intentional and as if she was having a bad day and I was the one getting the anger from it. You can tell the manager is not a morning person at all. It makes the business it self look like entire mess and that they have no idea what they are doing. Another thing I’ve noticed is she capes while giving out orders. How is that professional and some days when she isn’t there and a regular employee gives my food u can observed behind him other employees vaping. I will be considering switching stores and taking my business somewhere else. For sure this can’t go on forever, and hopefully I’ll be back to having better mornings when going to Dunkin...
Read moreI have been here a couple times and it’s the only DD’s I have seen only men work which I thought was neat. But each time I have gone I have had to wait or be asked to pull up to the front while they make my generic breakfast sandwich and coffee. Yesterday my husband and I stopped in via drive thru and the customer service was a mess. We pull up and are asked “do you know what you want?” My husband asks for a moment. The voice waits a minute before saying “Are you ready yet?” sounding annoyed. We get to the window wait….. finally pay and get out food and drinks. As we pull off my husband sips his frozen coffee and he gags. He has me sip it to see if it’s him and the drink tasted sour!
