Wawa — Restaurant in Berlin

Just bad customer service. I went in and ordered a smoothie. When it came out there was no straw attached. And they were out of straws to take, so I asked one of the people behind the counter for a straw and a mini (soup) plastic bag. I asked a kid named Ryan who looked to be about 17-18 and in response he said “you need to pay for it or buy a soup to get a bag” I then asked about the straw and he said “there should be one attached. “ I told him that I never got one and that there were none available to take. Nice day I'm always there during morning rush so the lines are unavoidable as expected at those hours, as they would be anywhere else like it... 3/30/25 on Sunday morning I order 10 inches Tuna sub and they made me a 6 inches sub so I told them I ordered 10 inches and they made me a another sub and they put something not edible hot peppers in the sub. Wawa should not hire people who get mad for correcting their mistakes and they got mad they put some thing you can not chew!! VERY...
