Happy Garden — Restaurant in Bern Township

Extremely disappointed with my 1st time after reading the great google reviews, even though a little out of my way home from work I decided to try a new place & give it a shot. I confirmed & made sure twice when ordering with the gentlemen that the mei fun was the square/rectangular broad noodles like it says on their menu & he confirmed it was. 10min was estimated time & on my way there I get a call if I'm coming to pick up being rushed as its only been 15min now with me being couple minutes away. I get there, knock on their glass window for about 2 minutes in the cold & finally a man comes out & gives my food. I get home to open the box & see angel hair noodles instead. To top it off not a single pepper or chili sauce in it as I asked for extra extra extra spicy when I ordered & that specific dish ended up being very bland with not much flavor as I had to drench it in soy sauce/hotsauce. I'd like to give them a try again as there's some things other Chinese restaurants don't carry on their menu. I have never put a bad review of a restaurant online ever- but this place is awful. I ordered food for pick up in 20 minutes and my husband came after work in that amount of time to get it. When we got home we realized they didn’t give us two of our orders. When I called to simply tell them so I can go pick it up- the owners argued with me telling me we never came to get our order... as I was holding our order in my hand. I tried to explain this multiple times and the nasty woman on the phone continued to say no one ever picked up the order. This continued on as I just wanted to pick up the rest of it but she wouldn’t budge saying the order was tossed because no one picked it up... even though we had half of it at home. Horrible food, attitude snd service. Short changed us a shrimp roll and an entire chicken entree. Gave us pork dumplings we didn't order. Worker said we were wrong and there was nothing she would do to rectify their mistakes. The soup tasted like dish water and the small portion of our take out they managed to get correct was below par. This is the second time they cheated us out of food and the taste and quality has really gone downhill.
