Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bernards Township

Horrible service and rude staff. Got my entire order wrong, and stuffed in one bag with hash browns at the bottom and spilled out of there pouch and mushed. I checked when I got back home, drove back and told them. The manager was super sweet and had them make it again, gave me 6 donuts to compensate and I waited to pick my order.

This rude employee starts babbling that my order was done why is it being made again. When I told her why, she tells me it wasn’t employees mistake and stayed being annoyed and rude. I wanted to talk to manager again who disappeared. I checked my order before I left and they had 2 sandwiches wrong again. But I was done talking to them. The lady was so rude that when I got annoyed and told her that just give me my refund she asks me how much did u pay for order instead of owning up to their mistake. If I had not spent 20 minutes going back and forth and waiting for the order I honestly would have...

It was unpleasant experience dealing with cashier. When I walked in, there was no customer or casher at the counter. I stood in line hoping to order soon. There were three people working and nobody even bothered to acknowledge or ask for help. After patiently waiting for about five minutes, I finally made an eye contact with one of the workers who approached to the cash register. Then he won't even say anything, so I asked "May I place an order?" Then his response was appalling:"If you want." It's as I'm bothering him and he's doing me a favor. Then I asked him to make two half-dozen boxes for certain kinds of donuts put into both boxes. He totally ignored my request and put the same kind in one box. He didn't seem to care about my preference or experience. Going to a donut shop should be happy and giddy experience. I walked out with the feeling that i'm just an insignificant part of...

I've been to this place a couple times, since its in a convenient location for me. But I think i will have to stop. The ladies behind the counter are fine enough, but I have to admit the manager keeps very poor standards. (Service is usually better when he isn't out front.) Fussing at his staff in front of customers, and anytime he makes your food its extremely messy or super slapped together. Its either not put together properly, crushed, or the box is messy from whatever was on his hands at the time. It makes me worry about hygiene standards here.

I'm front my most recent visit, I also 99% sure this place gave me food poisoning. All I ordered was an avocado toast with bacon. And suddenly hours later my stomach is destroyed and I spent the next day throwing up everything that had been eaten. I'm a little worried for anything like that happening again, so best...
