I previously posted a bad review as my visits to the preCOVID Ridge Bagel left a lot to be desired. To be fair, a lot of it had to do with fearing the gangs of middle-aged cyclists hanging around the place. I cannot trust groups of people who need that low of a drag coefficient for drinking coffee and ingesting carbohydrates.
It took a global pandemic but it finally happened - Ridge Bagel has done nothing but impress me! They have maintained cleanliness, their bagels are stocked (perhaps due to there being less of those cyclist hoodlums around), and best of all - their service remains impeccable.
Good on you,...

Today I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and two of them with bacon and Taylor ham. It even shows it on the receipt that there is supposed to be bacon and Taylor ham on it. BUT, when you add a couple of swipes of butter, the price jumps to $2.50. Are you kidding me? The two swipes of butter cost more than the actual bagel? This is madness. You can get 1/2 pound of butter for just over $3, but a couple of swipes of butter on a bagel is $1.30. Never again! OH, and this nonsense of passing the CC fee along to the consumer, that is way too commonplace. Mr. Bagel owner, that is the cost of doing...
