I have been going to this Dunkin since it was opened. The service has never been great and recently it has been consistently bad. Always seemed to be understaffed and in disarray. My commute is 20 minutes, and I would go to this Dunkin so I could enjoy my coffee on the way but some mornings it would take me longer to get the coffee than the commute. When ordering on the app, many mornings the order would be wrong and or not ready and the ap does not have what I liked. Nothing like standing at the counter while orders for people that are not there are being filled. Last week stopped in and it was busy as usual, but when a customer stopped in with a dog, the people behind the counter all seemed to think it was ok to go out and pet the dog and make a fuss over it while customers were waiting. I corrected him 3 times on the 2 bagels with cream cheese. The bagels were wrong. I told the person who gave me the order and he walked away and yelled back "the plain bagel WAS supposed to be toasted mam!" Um no it wasn't! I know! I corrected the manager 3 times!!! And where's the cream cheese?!Almost $8 dollars for everything to be wrong and recieve an attitude and they walk away!!! WOW!!!! NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN! I worked at Dunkin for 2 years. As someone who was born in Asia but is now American, I felt deeply uncomfortable with the way we were treated. His accent was also difficult to understand, and when we asked for clarification, he reacted rudely instead of being helpful or patient.
We were polite, and we expect the same in return. Skin color or background should not influence how customers are treated. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. Please consider training your staff to provide equal and respectful service to...
