Have been coming here regularly for about one year with no problems, until last week. First, I ordered curbside pickup and after ten minutes I went inside. I was told they showed no order. When I showed them my phone with the order confirmation and that my card was charged, they said there was nothing they can do.
So I had to order another coffee inside. After getting the coffee, I realized I was charged over $2.50 too much. When I brought it up, I was told âoh we got a new system and some of the prices ring up wrongâ. That was it. No offer to refund me or fix the problem. Since then the same thing has happened two more times. Both times I pointed out I was being charged too much and they canceled it out and entered the correct figure. When I explained that they canât keep charging too much and hoping no one notices I was told âitâs not our fault, we got a new system and sometimes it charges too muchâ. The manager was not there any of the three times. So make sure that you are being charged the right amount because they are happy to charge too much and hope you donât notice.

We went to the store to ask for help, but the manager seemed defensive, as if she thought we were trying to take advantage of the situation. When we asked if she could provide the online store's number, she said she knew it but insisted we look it up ourselves. I also ordered a sandwich at the front desk, and the manager asked if I wanted hash browns. I said yes, but when I picked up my order, I noticed that she hadnât placed the order for hash browns.
