Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Berwick

Started out great. We've ordered a few different times since they opened and the food was okay. But today was absolutely awful. Ordered at 6:16. Around 7:15, I looked at the tracker and it said my pizzas had been in quality check since 6:36. I called to check up on my order and the young lady told me that they didn't have enough drivers to dispatch the orders. I told her I was concerned the pizzas would be cold and she told me they shouldn't be, and if they are to "call back and they'll remake them" and to "hang in there". The tracker finally updated that the driver left the store at 7:38. We're 5 minutes away from Berwick, so I'm assuming he had several orders to deliver on the way. My order was finally delivered at about 7:58. Get it inside, my boyfriend opens the box, and you could immediately tell it was sitting that entire time. The cheese looked like it had been reheated already and the only warm thing about any of the pizzas was the boxes themselves. They're thin, the sauce is nonexistent, I don't even have words for the way they sliced them (and not even thoroughly) and two of them were ordered with the garlic crust and that isn't on there either. Overall just disappointed. The only reason it's not a one star is because the last few times we ordered weren't anything like this, and because when I called with my complaint I was irritated and came in hot and the manager was understanding and refunded me...

This has happened so many times, I don't think I can hold it in any longer. But... I think you guys need a sign at the prep station that says "Don't forget the Habanero sauce on the sandwiches" Then you need another sign by the oven that says "Hey! When you take the sandwich out of the oven, DONT FORGET THE HABANERO SAUCE!". Then you need another sign on the next table that says "THIS IS WHERE YOU DONT FORGET TO PUT THE HABANERO SAUCE ON THE SANDWICHES" Then I'm thinking you should probably have another sign by the inspection table that says "Inspect for HABANERO SAUCE on all HABANERO SANDWICHES!" and then maybe y'all can throw some stickers on your T-shirts that say: #Feeling cute, might forget to put habanero sauce on this...

I've ordered delivery 3 times from this Domino's and I live in South Berwick near downtown. 1st time I bought 3 different pizzas. Food was hot, delicious and delivered quickly. 2nd time was terrible. It was a Friday night and I kid you not our food was 2 hours late and luke warm. Although very unacceptable I understood that there was only one driver and the manager (who sounds very young and inexperienced) was very apologetic. Everyone has bad nights, I'll just let that slide. 3rd time we ordered sandwiches and some sodas. Food was put in the oven and delivered within 35 minutes still pipping hot. I am content with the service/food and will probably continue to order delivery from here. Just maybe not on a Friday or...
