Subway — Restaurant in Bethalto

Terrible service! No one greeted us when we walked in and the person who was going to prepare our sandwiches said nothing at all! When my husband told the totally unfriendly cashier that we wanted combos(sandwich, chips and drink) he paid and picked up our bags. I asked the rude woman what size cup we should take and she said that we didn't ask for drinks. She only charged us for sandwiches and chips. Bethalto Subway is hands down the best! The ownership + management are the nicest people. The staff is trained to always help and make sure the customer is happy. If you have an issue, you can just tell them and they work hard to correct it for you! The food is always fresh & the food line always looks clean and well kept.
