I ordered a Dr Pepper the evening of 4/16/24, it was strong but had low flavor, I took it back to be replaced, the employee who gave me the replacement was polite and professional and also apologized for bad soda. When I got the replacement it was packed so tightly with ice that the ice couldn't be at all be swished around, my initial order requested light ice, that the replacement order wasn't light ice was my bad as much as staff, on my part I didn't think to check that it's being replaced with light ice, on the staff's part they neglected to check if their was any customizing of app order. I started to just accept that the drink was extremely extremely disappointing and just keep it, but as it was a special treat for me and not what I wanted or asked for I went back a 3rd time. The staff who replaced it was extremely extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and rogue she's roughly early to mid 50s and had her hair pulled up in her cap or her hair may of just had a short cut, soon as she opened the window she held her hand out, did her fingers in a brisk running motion and said "The drink" as though implying I'd try and keep it to double dip or clean up. I was a little irritated by asking for the drink to be replaced yet a second time and it's not a comfortable thing to do, but I didn't disrespect her nor speak to her in a down manner. It was not too busy at the time we were there, a weekday, in after 8:00 a.m. and before 11:00 a.m. The speaker operator promptly answered the push button speaker, with a friendly welcome, introduced himself, and had a upbeat, positive tone of voice. The carhop who delivered my order, was upbeat and friendly. She introduced herself and thanked me for choosing Sonic. She accepted the cash payment and counted back the correct amount of change. She smiled constantly as she asked if my order was complete and if I was satisfied with the order and the service. After I confirmed a positive response, she asked if there was anything else I needed and if there was anything else she could do for me. After I replied, she said if I decided I did needed something else or there was something else she could do for me, push the red button and she will take care of it. It was an excellent service experience. The food was served hot and tasted good. The menu board had advertised specials and promotions, it took the guess work out of seeing a commercial or an ad of a special or promotion at Sonic and hoping the special OT promotion is still valid. Read moreI think its crazy that there are so many bad reviews and still counting but still nothing has changed at this location and its now 2017. I kept giving this place a chance until finally I was the one that made a change and now just go to a different location . There was always something they left out of my order here and I don't mean just napkins and straws, (even though they did that too) but I am talking about a burger and hotdog. And that had happened a few times here. There was always a different problem every time I went here. A couple times they couldn't even take my order because the computer was down once and they were having electrical problems the other time. I guess I should be thanking them for saving me from wasting my money there those two nights. I really do hope I see changes there and better reviews soon. But with that said, I personally have given them plenty of chances and in all of them, there wasn't ever a time without any.
