China Flavor — Restaurant in Bethany

My Co-Worker and I have been wanting to get some Chinese Food for the past few weeks, so today we decided to try China Flavor. (Neither of us are from this side of town, so we had no idea where to get Chinese food) We placed our order online, both got the Sweet & Sour Lunch meal, with fried rice and an egg roll, and we got an order or Crab Rangoon to share. We ordered online, and went straight to pick it up & it was ready when we got there. (took maybe 5mins to get there) We are both pleasantly surprised, and very happy with our lunch choice. We were actually back at the clinic, unpacking the bag, when the restaurant called to let us know they forgot to give us the egg rolls, the guy on the phone was very apologetic and ran them right out to us when we got back to pick them up. The Sweet & Sour Chicken, Fried Rice, Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon are all very good, we will have to make this a regular lunch around the clinic. My Co-Worker did agree that the building could use a little updating, and cleaning and that would improve the looks of it for sure. But the food is really...

This is the second time that I have had China Flavor and really enjoyed the food. Delivery in Bethany Hot & Fresh is the name of the game! Great quality & the amount of food they give is excellent.

Only thing that I didn't like is the prices of the website are not what they are charging in the store. I wanted sweet & sour chicken & crab rangoon. Order was to be $10.25 for what they website menu says. Called in my order and the person on the line says $13.75!!! Wow... that's like the cost of an entire nother order! Asked him about the price and he says that the website is correct but the prices that he is telling me over the phone are the new ones. They need to change the pricing on the web menu to reflect.

I tried to order from them on Christmas, since they were one of the only places open. I generally have a lot of patience and sympathy for people who have to work on holidays because I generally have to too. However, when I called to place my order the first time, he picked up another line, left me on hold to where I could hear him taking someone else's order, and when he was done he just left me on hold. So I hung up and called again, when he answered all he said was hello instead of a restaurant greeting, then when I asked what time they closed he said, 'I not take your order without a number'.
