Weāve never experienced this from any pizza place ever and Iāve actually never left a bad review - weāre very flexible, no Karenās in this household. Completely flabbergasted.
Story time everyone: We order a medium pepperoni pizza for my husband and I as well as a small cheese pizza for our young toddler for delivery. Very simple order, literally cannot mess it up. The delivery is scheduled for 6PM. We get a delivery update saying the pizza has left the shop at 5:45PM - great! 6PM rolls around, nothing. 6:15PM - again nothing. Okay, thereās probably graduation parties happening, lots of pizza. Weāll wait a little bit. 6:30PM comes - still nothing. Alright, we have to make a meal for our toddler heās going to bed soon. 6:45PM - nothingā¦strange. Letās call the shop. We call and the kid on the other end tells us thereās no delivery drivers there. We ask if we need to come to the store to get the pizza. Zero response and hangs up. Wow, ok? So we delay putting our child to bed so my husband can drive to the store to get the pizzas even though we no longer need one of them since our child already ate. My husband arrives at the store and sees two delivery drivers. He says, āHi, I spoke to someone on the phone who said thereās no delivery drivers so I came to pick up my pizzas.ā The worker says, āYour pizzas went out for delivery 12 minutes ago actually.ā My husband calls me to let me know what happened and tells me to expect someone knocking on the door with the pizzas. I hear a knock on the door at 7:23PM as Iām speaking with him and grab the pizzas and give a friendly wave to the driver. I feel the boxes arenāt warm so I open up both boxes to feel the pizza temp and both are cold. My husband gets home, we put my son down to bed and come down to grab our pizza stone to put the pizzas in the oven. We finally get to eat our pizzas and discover that the pizza has no sauce on it, literally cheesy bread pizza. Not only that, but the pepperoni was forgotten and then put on after the āpizzaā was baked and then put back in the oven to toast the pepperoni so all of the pepperoni just drops from the pizza as soon as you eat a slice. Now weāre afraid our pizza was tampered with in some way on purpose because you seriously canāt mess up that bad.
Besides telling this story I really do not know what to say. We arenāt total jerks and were friendly and just asked for an update on our pizza and even drove to the shop since they said there werenāt any drivers. Definitely think twice before ordering at this location. We certainly wonāt be back. Please enjoy this photo of our cheesy bread with pepperoni crisp and sad...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered pizza last night at 5:35pm and was advised 40-50 minutes. No problem I thought this is standard. I checked the tracker they have every now and then to see my pizza progress. It showed it was put into the oven about 3x. Finally when I still had yet to receive my order at 6:50pm I called. The girl didn't ask anything about what I ordered and just said it's not there so it must be with the delivery driver. Mind you this was an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order. At this time it once again showed my pizza was going into the oven. I did not receive my order until 7:05pm - an hour and a half after I ordered! This is insane as I was told 40-50 minutes to begin with. I cant help but think that when I called they realized they forgot my order and hurried to make it then. When the delivery driver came to my door 15 minutes later he had a completely different order! He then went to check and finally brought my correct order. I am not blaming the driver and he was friendly. I just do not understand how it can take an hour and a half to receive a pizza order when you are initially quoted 40-50 minutes. Needless to say I will never be ordering from Domino's again. There was no apology or explanation as to why this took so long....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were in the area after having dinner and decided to order lava crunch cakes on the way home for dessert. I was a little surprised upon arriving home and opening the box to see them still in their pans and looking a little burnt, but I figured it wasn't that big of a deal. After flipping them over and removing the pans, I found them to be EXTREMELY burnt all over and hard as rocks. (Inedible) We order from a different Domino's quite often, and the lava crunch cakes, as well as all of the other food we order, is always perfectly baked. This is our first and last time ordering from this location, if they can't even make the lava crunch cakes (which to me seem like they just might be the most simple thing on their menu for them to make), correctly without burning them, I can't imagine how any other food would be. I also noticed that all of the prices at this location are higher than that of the one we normally order from. It wouldn't be that big of an issue, but considering we paid about $13 for some inedible crunch cakes, I'm a bit...
