Fat Angelo's — Restaurant in Bethel Park

I never write reviews online. But this may have been the worst experience I've ever had when ordering a pizza. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. I ordered this on two separate occasions and the pizza was great. Today when I ordered, there was confusion on what I meant by buffalo chicken pizza which is found on their online menu. They asked if I meant the Jesse James Pizza, which I said no and then they said "OK give us 20 minutes." I went to pick up the pizza and when I got home, I really have no idea what they gave me. I realize mistakes happen and so I called to ask what pizza from the menu they may have mistakenly given me because it doesn't match anything on the online menu or the menu they have in their store. Theres mushrooms, onions and chicken with barbecue sauce and cheese. I wouldn't mind it but it doesn't taste good at all. When I called, the first girl told me "That's why I asked if you wanted the Jesse James" but the pizza they gave me isn't even the jesse james. She then passed the phone to another employee who told me they gave me the buffalo chicken pizza under the Gourmet Section on their menu. When I told her I could not find the pizza listed under the menu, she told me they recently switched menus. I told her I was disappointed with my experience and I will not be back to Pittzarella and she replied with "Okay, cool" and hung up the phone. Used to love this place but the last three times we ordered it was the worst experience. When we called the first time they said they would give us a discount the next time and that next time they completely acted like they didn’t do that. The last time I’ll ever order again, the pizza was uncooked, I had to place it in my own oven, it was all over the place, the cheese was halfway off the pizza, and it wasn’t cut. WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. I ate one piece. Also they claimed I didn’t pay so the delivery guy wouldn’t give me my pizza and I had to call the shop. After 10 minutes they finally picked up and said I paid and I can have my pizza. 20 minutes laterr after I threw out half the nasty pizza they call and say my card wouldn’t go through. So I then decide to tel him how bad it was and the guy goes “oh nevermind it went through” and hangs up with no reply or good bye.
