Stopped in with the family for a meal as our first choice had an hour+ wait. We were sat immediately in the terrace area. Our server (Sam) was super nice and she took excellent care of us. Service in general was outstanding. We had the chicken tender appetizer and a wedge salad. Tenders were perfectly prepared and the sauces were great. The wedge was very good, served with chunks of bacon, but it is served on a paste of olives, roasted peppers, and onions. The pesto chicken sandwich had a great flavor, but chicken was a little overcooked. The cheeseburger was okay, not great, but they had gluten free rolls, which was a plus. The scallops were very good and they accommodated my onion aversion with a swiss chard base. they had a nice cocktail menu and a good selection of drafts and beer by the bottle/can. It was a great outing and we would definitely come again.

Delicious meal and great service. I got the special, a seared duck breast on spätzle with a cherry bacon sauce. My boyfriend had the seared tuna with rice and vegetables. We had a vanilla ice cream sundae for dessert. Thanks for having us!

Love this place. Staff was incredibly helpful, shout out to Paul! Tavern Salad was amazing; only complaint, pull the cheese balls out and let them defrost, center was still frozen. Would pass on the sticky shrimp.

This was possibly the most bizarre experience of our trip. We came here for dinner because everything else (maybe literally) in town was closed. When we finally figured out how to get to the restaurant (even leaving we never figured out what you're actually supposed to do, but it was very dark and rainy), we were eventually sat and the festivities began. Our server was trying, but I couldn't call a lot of it success. When it came time to pay the bill, it was nearly impossible to find someone to pay. Yes, we were in there after close, but we weren't the only ones, and we wouldn't have been there so long had they not been so slow. The highlight, though, was the entitled, unreasonable man a couple tables over that was complaining about their meal in the most privileged way possible. He couldn't understand how the general manager was also the chef that night, clearly having not paid any attention to the world around him and the difficulty places are having finding workers. I felt sorry for the employees for having to deal with him, which is probably why I'm giving them 3 stars.

The food itself was fine, a bit expensive, and pretty average. I wasn't mad about the food, but I didn't really want to spend an hour and a half getting average food. So, I guess if they're the only place open, go for it, but if not...

We arrived at the restaurant at 5:40 pm and had reservations in which were seated quickly, the restaurant wasn't busy but it went downhill from there. Our drink order was processed fairly quickly, didn't get everything we asked for but our server fulfilled our requests reasonably quickly. Our server took several minutes to return after the drinks to take our food orders. We were looking forward to the French onion soup but they were out. We placed our order for dinner and I ordered chili instead of the French onion soup. When the chili finally arrived, it was cold. I ate the chili anyway since service was sparce and I didn't expect to see our server for a while. Two of us received our dinner salads after an hour and a half wait. When the server was questioned about dinner for the other couple, we received a snippy reply. One of our party complained to the hostess about their food, which took another 30 minutes to come out. Their panini's had stale bread but at least were hot. When the hostess brought our check out, they did give us a percentage off our check for all the problems, but again it was not a good experience. We also noticed all the tables around us were getting the same level of slow service so we were not the only group experiencing poor service and...

Tuesday Aug 31, 2021 First my wife and received our drinks, my wife got her Preseco and I had ordered a diet coke.

There are three options to the diet coke, it had rum in it, it was not a coke product or it was bad. Both my wife and I agreed it was severly bitter. I said I didn't want it just may I have water.

Then we ordered a cheese plate. An appetizer. 40 minute wait and still nothing. People who came after us received food. This is an appetizer, cheese plate.

Told the host we just want to cancel the cheese plate and pay for my wife's Preseco. We want to leave.

Then while waiting for the bill the plate I cancelled came out. I told the waitress bring it back too late. 40 minutes for cheese, just take it back. I told her gives the bill we want to leave.

She brings the bill she's like,"I guess you want to see what I charged you", in a very rude manor. I said you bet I do.

She hand the receipt and took off before I could say may I speak with a manager.

The manager proceeds to yell at me for being upset about the issue. He says, "You may be right, but leave". Turns his back and walks away.

Perhaps you will heed this...
