I am floating on a cloud of pesto and chocolate. That was hands down one of the most incredible meals I’ve had in a long time. You walk in and the staff could not have been friendlier. Dinner service was quick, from drinks to apps and finally to the main course. The ravioli special was the kind of meal you dream about for years to come. The chocolate dessert served in a tea cup was heavenly. The second we walked out the door I asked my boyfriend if we could return the following day. I will be back, many many times. Don’t miss out on this place, once you experience it for yourself you too will be singing its praises and sleeping on ravioli clouds. Thank you to the watershed staff for everything you do and the magic you create in the form of food.

First time at the Watershed and we felt like family from the moment we walked in. We were greeted cheerfully and seated promptly by the Tom, the owner. His wife Vicky, the chef, designed a fantastic menu. We enjoyed our appetizer of Raclette, delicious with house made focaccia. Our food came out hot and quickly. Janet, our server, was courteous and very attentive. We ordered the seasonal ravioli, which was mushroom and delicious. Our son had the special of sausage and meatballs over rigatoni. It tasted great, as if my Italian momma made it! The cannoli for dessert couldn’t be better. Pistachio encrusted and not too sweet. Wine selection complimented the meal nicely. Reasonably priced.

I don’t usually torch a restaurant after my first visit, but there won’t be a return.. the salad was good, my husband ordered their special ravioli, he said not bad.. I ordered their fresh pasta ala vodka sauce it was inedible, the pasta was so over cooked it was like paste.. the sauce or lack of it was bland no taste, the sausage cut in half was good, I did tell the waitress it wasn’t good, she spoke to the owner/chef and they offered me a free dessert, no Thankyou.. my meal was $30 and wasn’t edible I took 3 bites and they didn’t take it off the bill.. we went to the gas station and got a sub for dinner.. so it cost us $90 for dinner including tip and it sucked😪

We went to Watershed on August 17th around 6pm. It was busy but we were able to get a table quickly in their outside patio. I liked that the patio had roll down blinds, a water feature and a heater for cooler weather. We did go through main dining room and we liked that the kitchen was open so you could see them preparing the food. Staff was friendly both in seating and serving and offered information on food and options. We did the zucchini fritters - amazing and I could have eaten another serving. Pepperoni pizza with hot honey was terrific / highly recommend. The Raclette with the mufflers was delicious. The onion and the margarita pizzas were perfect for the vegetarians and they enjoyed them. Dessert was excellent, pot de cream, homemade cheesecake with blackberry sauce and a homemade chocolate zucchini cake… you could not tell there was zucchini in it! All was delicious and we will definitely go back. Highly...

As a resident of Berkeley CA; who has never been to Maine, especially the Bethel, Rumford area, it was a surprising initiation to pizza in the east. In Berkeley as some of you might know, the NYT designated us as ‘the best pizza in America’ for Rose pizza. The style is crispy crust and deliciously creative ingredients with neither cheese nor sauce crushing the overall pizza taste. But I have to say , Watershed Wood-Fired is as good or better than the vaunted Rose. We got the last pizza out the door yet found the crispy wood fired slab with sauce to be a 5 star taste bender. I’m sure this ain’t new to those who live in the area, but if you west coasters get the bug for perfectly cooked pizza; Watershed wood fired pizza in Bethel is...
