Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bethlehem

I recently visited the newly remodeled Papa John’s near my house and was extremely impressed! The place looks amazing — very clean, modern, and welcoming. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was absolutely delicious, just as you'd hope for. The workers were all very friendly, and I especially want to mention the gentleman who seemed to be either the owner or manager — he was so polite and made the experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and their customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend...

I usually enjoy Papa John’s, but this time was a letdown. The pizza sauce was surprisingly bland—completely lacking the bold, zesty flavor I’ve come to expect. It tasted watered down and barely added anything to the pizza.

On top of that, several toppings I paid for were missing. It’s frustrating to order something specific and not get what you paid for. The pizza ended up looking bare and tasting just as underwhelming.

I hope this was just a one-time slip, but honestly, the quality control needs serious...

Went on April 30th. Not sure how long they’d been open but I saw the grand opening sign driving by and placed an order later that night.

They were getting slammed with orders, but the two or three gentlemen in the store were hustling and getting orders out in a semi-timely manner. I expect they were a little under staffed for the amount of orders they were receiving. Customer area could use a handful more chairs.
