Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bethlehem

I have nothing against the food. I am a fan of pizza hut and I feel their food is still a 4 out of 5. That being said their customer service is horrible. I have never ordered Pizza Hut delivery and now I wish I never did. I received an email saying try our deals and try delivery. Being dinner time I figured why not so I placed an order and payed for it online. I put my phone on tge charger took a shower and cleaned up the house before the girlfriend and the pizza showed up. 30 minutes after I was expecting my food to arrive I called wondering where my order was. I was informed they were refusing to deliver my order because they felt I lived to far away. I was told if I didn't wanna pick it up they would just not complete the transaction. (The manager was beyond rude about it.) So I called the customer service number to report what happen. I was told 2.8 miles was within their delivery radius and they would look into it. Looking into it got Shannon Holland area coach for pizza hut to email me saying corporate is wrong and the store don't have to deliver to me. I waited a week before responding to his email. I went at lunch dinner and late at night to pizza hut. The longest it took to get to my house was 7 minutes and the fastest 4 minutes. I don’t know what just happen. I had a delivery order of pork, hot sauce pizza. When I receive the pizza, it was sausage instead of pork. Now small problems like this, I don’t mind it happens. However, the cheese and dough pizza was raw. To many problems so I decided to give this location a call. The women on the phone told me they will bring me another pizza, but then she ask for the old one that was already handed to me back. As disgusting that sounds, usually a restaurant never returns food back after delivering. I kindly agree and said that is absolutely fine. Then she said you know what I’ll just give you $10 credit on your next order. I agreed on the offer and thank her for solving this problem. Ordered Pizza Hut because I really wanted some stuffed crust pizza. I did get that, along with a side of disgraceful customer service. I'm not sure what manager I had, didn't tell me her name, but instead of fixing my problem of receiving the wrong wings, no blue cheese (which cost 75 cents, ridiculous when you are ordering wings), and the fact that the driver got lost with my food for a half an hour, she told me the app was inaccurate, and basically that I was wrong. Then, after I said I really want my wings, she INSISTED on me returning the bone in wings that were delivered. I have no problem with that, it was the attitude she gave when telling me to return them. I will NEVER be returning to this Pizza Hut again. Guess I'll have to learn to make my own...
