Shaun & Len’s Fil’Am Fusion — Restaurant in Bicknell

Serving Asian cuisine with Filipino influence, Shaun and Len’s Fil’Am Fusion opened recently and has shot to the top of our local favorites list. We’ve been trying to eat more fish, so we were happy to hear that they keep several seafood options on their daily offerings. We had the Sriracha shrimp with honey soy glaze and the Yellowfin tuna steak with spicy sriracha mayo. The meals were each served with delicious rice, noodles, and egg rolls. Packed with flavor, both the shrimp and tuna steak had just the right amount of punch without being overly spicy. We’re looking forward to working our way through the constantly changing menu. New to Southern Utah, took a trip to Capitol Reef and lucked upon Shaun and Len’s Fil’Am. It is a small location so it can be easy to miss - do yourself a favor and put the address in your GPS to make sure you don’t. Couldn’t decide between the orange or teriyaki chicken so they let me try both - only made the decision harder. The protein came with noodles and rice and egg rolls or spring rolls or some rolls, not sure the difference just knew I wanted more.
