This M& D auto shop is corrupt, PLEASE PLEASE don’t bring your ATV or vehicle here. I just had to pick my vehicle up with problem worse and not resolved. They didn’t call me to verify the problem or get my pre authorization on the work first they just did what they thought and charged me for a New Air filter that “I needed”. They Never called me to say it was even done, I had to call in weeks later.

Then they thought I must not have had engine knowledge or another sucker, but a few months back I personally witnessed my brand new air filter going in and yet when I dropped it off here, several people assured me they had to clean it as part of their service and then they decided it needed a new one of theirs without talking to me first and insist I pay that on the bill. I witnessed it going in recently brand new. I called out their lies in shop today and now have to transport to somewhere else.

Then they charged me $150 to clean out my gas tank I didn’t need (or ask me first for it) and insisted that I now had to pay for it when I was presented the bill and the problem not even fixed.

Micheal mechanic was fillpant and unprofessional didn’t care to actually fix the problem after these charges. Also said he’d just drain the gas back out of it then leave me stranded at the shop.

I escalated this bad business to the owner Cade, give him a chance to make it right and his response was very poor wasn’t to make it “right or keep fixing it and move forward, it was “fine we will drain our gas back out and take the air filter too.”

Even the owner will make things worse if you have a problem arise.

I was belittled and left with a problem bigger than what I brought in.

PLEASE if you need another recommend I’ve taken my past business to Ellet servicing in Loa or Thousand lakes auto in Torrey.

I have been to both those shops and they were honest and more...

I needed to write a review to hopefully offset the other 1 star review. Kade and Weston, employees of M & D, are also on Wayne County Search and Rescue, along with Michael. We got stuck in a bit of snow and the road gave out on us leaving us in a situation that could potentially be fatal. Not only did they rescue us off the mountain that night, the next day they were the ONLY service that were willing to help us out. We talked to 2 other companies that our insurance sent to us that refused to help even though we requested M&D, I seriously doubt anyone else would have had the knowledge and skill to safely get the truck off the mountain and in a position to drive back home. Watching them do their work was no different than watching an artist. They even met us by the freeway and drove us up, knowing the correct road so that we could recover the vehicle. We had no other option and I couldn't have asked for a better one, insurance or not (hopefully with of course). Kade and Weston saved us twice. They aren't just tow truck drivers, they are Search and Rescue, EMT's, firefighter's, and heroes. I highly recommend them, unlike I have ever recommended any company to a whole other degree, and cannot wait to return and show my appreciation the next time...

M&D Auto IS THE BEST!!! They fixed my A/C system when no one else could and 2 years later it's still blowing ice cold!🤘😁🤘

Let me just tell you how awesome this business is! I took my Mitsubishi to Mike's Auto in Richfield (don't ever go there!) because my A/C system was leaking. Whatever they did there at Mike's Auto completely clogged my A/C system, because after I got it back I could no longer even recharge my A/C system (whereas before I could, but it would just leak out). So Mike's Auto tells me I need a whole new A/C system and quotes me almost $2800!

So then, I bring my car to M&D and these guys are AMAZING!!! The did a system analysis and confirmed that after what Mike's Auto did to my car, that the system was plugged and needed several new components. But their quote came in at $1300 and they fixed my A/C perfectly! 2 years later it's still going strong and every time I use it, I'm thankful for M&D Auto! Thank...
