Honestly, I can’t say anything that already hasn’t been said but I’m taking the time to write a review because it the best way I can think of to say thank you for an AMAZING breakfast. The staff, atmosphere, food, and prices were just as others have said - best of the best. We got an old fashioned, cinnamon roll, and maple scone to go and every single one of them was what any baker would claim as outstanding. They were fresh, fluffy and clearly homemade. We think they must use some kind of special flour as the flavor was unlike other like pastries we’ve had elsewhere. Everything is homemade, fresh and delicious! We first had their brick oven pizza, it was great! The next morning we went for breakfasts, wow—generous portions, Belgian waffles 😋, excellent omelette, bacon, sausage, eggs, and coffee. If you are Ever in Big Timber STOP @ BIG TIMBER BAKERY! I cant be Any Calmer about it. We have visited 3 times now and it Never Disappoints. The Bakery has an Awesome Staff!
