Iron Star Pizza Company — Restaurant in Big Timber

Service took forever. Teenage waitress was so busy texting and talking on her phone that it took almost a half an hour just to get our drinks, and then she didn't even bring us water (which we asked for three times) until almost an hour in to the "experience." She brought us our ticket, just after we got our pizza, even though we wanted to eat our dinner and order dessert, and receive our water (we also bought and consumed multiple beverages). She seemed annoyed, as if she just wanted off work, as opposed to wanting to serve us our meal and be friendly about it. Pizza tasted good, but service was awful. Then, when we ordered the fruit pizza for dessert (after we said we were not ready for our ticket yet because we were not done), the teenager waited a long time to tell us they did not even have any fruit pizza. The other server and her then got in an argument that they did have fruit pizza. Very unprofessional. Very. Eventually we were told that they could make us some cinnamon bread instead, and we were still charged for the fruit pizza, even though we never got it. Edited my post. I had an issue with service and left a review. The actual owner found my number on our order and reached out to us about our issue. Not only did he apologize but gave us a gift card for the trouble and answered our questions. For anyone who tries to order online for a specific pick up, the website does not work properly. Knowing ahead of time now, it’s not a deal breaker. We’ve ordered 3 pizzas with garlic bread, only one we won’t reorder. We stopped in for dinner and it was a bit of a wait for service, but they were quite busy at the time. The cheesy garlic bread from the appetizer menu was amazing! I got the small Iron Star pizza which was full of flavor and my husband ordered the Philly Cheesteak pizza, it was great too! Though we had to wait, the servers were all very friendly.
