99 Restaurants — Restaurant in Billerica

So. Long story short I’m allergic to shellfish. I came here a few weeks ago and sat at the bar. I told the bartender I was allergic to shellfish. I explained I can’t have cross contamination and asked if that was possible. They explained they could serve me. I then ordered something and went through every precaution. The manager did not bring my food over the bartender did. I then started eating and broke out in hives. I use to come here all the time and my finances friend usually works at the bar. But it was not her who served us that night. I called to ask if his friend was working because I know she would make sure my allergy was properly managed there. I was then laughed at by the hostess and when I stressed that I had an allergy last time she goes “oh I’m sorry do you want my manager” I told her yes. Then the phone was disconnected. My fiancé tried to call to find out the same thing and when the manager came on the phone to talk to him she proceeded to then yell at him and hang up on him. Now I understand the point of not saying who is working but i explained my issues and that this was the reason for asking as I want to be safe and I hustled don’t find this to be respectable or professional of their customers. If i were you i would NOT eat here... arrived about 10:30pm on 5/5/18 our server was linda she is an absolute sweetheart. But the cooks were very rude and obnoxious yelling in the back "tell them we only have salad" and "they better get to ordering!" Linda took our drink and food order and put them in we where kind of close to the kitchen but they were making it a point to speak loud enough for us to hear. They then had a five minute conversation about the movie "Waiting" and how the cooks did disgusting things to customers food. At that point i was not eating anything that came from the kitchen. Linda came out with our order i told her i was not eating it and i would like to pay for our drinks and leave. She asked if it was because of the cooks and she understood and she was very apologetic. The manager came over and tried to assure us that nothing was done to our food but there is no way we would be able to enjoy that meal hearing what we heard. He did not seem to really care and allowed the cook to mock us as we walked...

Server took forever to come to table and when came over didn’t introduce them selves and then proceeded to say me and my girlfriend weren’t seen and was unknown to her that we where here. Then she took our drink orders and then we order and app and it took almost 20 mins for both our drinks and app to come out. Then we ordered food and it took almost about 25-30 mins for our food to come out. Then I saw our server sitting at one of the high tops scrolling on her device and Infront of a bunch of customers that’s super unprofessional. Then was waiting almost another 25 to 30 mins to get the check and usually my girlfriend and I come here a lot and normally don’t have this issue I’m not looking for anything in return just for upper management to get this stuff sorted out and make sure this stuff doesn’t...
