Hungry Tiger Pizza — Restaurant in Billerica

Used to go here more often when I worked in the area. Good food for sure. Staff has always been hit & miss; there's usually a language barrier but sometimes a bit of an attitude and a hurry-up mentality.

Last time I went in, I didn't realize their pizza slices were doubles (quarter of a pizza = one slice), and they wouldn't make it right when I ordered an entire pie's worth of slices when I thought I was ordering 2 and 2 for my kids, and paid extra for it. This is not typical of anywhere else in the area, so you'd think they'd advertise it or warn people.

One thing they could do better is get rid of the huge sign underneath the register that says "NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES". I'm not sure who would go in there unannounced with a party of kids without talking to them first, but it could be addressed a...

Showed up at 8:50p.m. Their online hours AND menu hours say they close at 10p.m. they were telling us they close at 9 and we have to order to go. Ok, time changed, a little inconvenient but not a huge deal. Then the lady with the short fake blonde hair could CLEARLY see AND hear me and my significant other discussing what kind of pizza we wanted and she very rudely interrupted us asking us to order, I dont enjoy being rushed. Especially if i am going to be giving money to your business. Then as we were the last people in the building the lady who took our order turned the volume off the t.v....but left it on. So we all sat in silence as we watched people clean and waited for our food. Very turned off from the service and definitely will not...

I placed an online order through their website(not DoorDash) the companies own website. A $57 meal was completely wrong. To the point that we literally got cheese and bread. With no condiments. The jalapeño poppers were ice cold and the sub rolls were stale. Called to complain to see what we can do about the situation. Was told that was what I ordered, and nothing could be done about it.
