I have worked for 5 Dunkin Donuts locations, and been a manager at one before. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever worked at. No eggs. No cream cheese. No Bacon. No Plain Bagels. No Chicken. No Cibatta. No Crossaints. Get this one. No ICE. These are all things I have had to say to a customer. The manager has no idea what she is doing. I've never been to a more poorly managed Dunkin Donuts. She runs out of everything. On any given day at least 5 things are not available from the menu. No EGGS. Can you believe how many customers I had to turn down those 2 days there werent any eggs? A manager is supposed to anticipate her customer needs. She is loosing the store money. When a customer hears they can't buy a sandwhich or ice coffee, they leave and never come back. New management is a must for this store. The Catalano Company needs to understand their manager for this location is ruining this store. She has to run to another Dunkin Donuts everday and beg another manager for a package of bacon because she doesnt understand how much she uses each week and how much to order the next week. It's about understanding inventory, and how much you use on a daily basis, and she obviously doesnt get it. The turn over rate for employees is so high because who would want to work under these conditions. She also talks about her employees to others. Said to the entire crew how a particular employee was getting her hours cut because of her job performance. Its okay to cut someones hours for that reason, but not okay to tell every other employee that works there. Its clear favoritism and probably against company policy. It is so unprofessional to talk about other employees when you are the MANAGER. The scariest part. You know that little red book? The one where you are supposed to record temperatures so no one gets food poisining? Day one the manager was forging the book. She was sitting in the office filling it out. Excuse me, but you cant record the temperature of eggs with a thermometer when you are in an office no where near the eggs and sausages... It's a danger to go to this Dunkin Donuts, because the manager knew exactly what she was doing. She said "oh don't mind me, I'm just cheating on the red book." My first shift alone, I texted the manager to ask where the red book was, so I could do it properly... "I think it's in the office" she responded. She did not come back to retrieve it for me because the office was locked. So another day the book was fudged. In fact. Not once while I worked did I see the redbook used, apart from the day I saw her recording temperatures in her office. Oh my gosh, I forgot the day we had no gloves. She left us high and dry after I called about 3 times looking for gloves. None in the stock room, no gloves anywhere. She never came to bring gloves until the...
Read moreI went to this Dunkin Donuts very early on a Saturday morning. I had just visited another DD's and they had messed up my bagel AND my coffee. I knew of this one so I stopped in to ASK if they could fix what the other store had messed up (basically re-toasting my bagel and making me a new coffee). I do understand that these are franchises, so I went in to ASK if they could help, not assuming that they would. So after I explain my dilemma, the nice young lady behind the counter smiles and says "okay, we can fix it for you". They then re-toast my original bagel and make me a new coffee. Here is the problem: AFTER throwing away my original coffee, the girl comes to the counter and says "ok, we can give you the bagel for free, but I have to charge you for the coffee"!! I said to her "well where is my original coffee"? and she stated she had thrown it away. I told her "well you should have told me that I was going to have to re-pay for this coffee before you threw my original coffee away". She apologized, but meanwhile I just paid almost $10 for a coffee and bagel! Is this some sort of scam Dunkin Donuts? This is a totally unacceptable way to do business. Impression: Total bait and switch. These employees should have told me in the beginning that they could NOT fix my product, they could only SeLL me a new one. Instead they throw away my coffee and force me into buying a new one! I will never go here again and just FYI there are about 10 Dunks within a 5 mile radius of this one, so if you love Dunks, just go down the street, but not to this place. And to corporate Dunkin Donuts: Are you aware that a business is representing you so badly? Do you condone this bait and switch? Is this a way to make extra money for you and your franchisees? Consumers finally have a choice now, McDonald's make a great cup of coffee for 1/3 of the cost: $1 and it pretty good! Shape up this store, because as a consumer it is very easy for me to write off all Dunkins based on this ONE stores representation of your...
Read moreI never leave reviews, but this time I will make an exception. I tried to give the place a chance. I really did. But today is the straw that broke the camels back. And I will never be coming back to this location ever again.
I have been going to this dunks since before their renovation. Since the addition of a drive through, the new staff has consistently either messed up my order or given me someone else's Coffee. Shame on me for not realizing it until I had already left the premises, but shouldn't they get it right the first time?!
And it's not justvthe drive through that's the problem. Going inside the building, the staff seem to joke around and not even acknowledge the people in line. They just go about their business, joking around yelling back and forth with each other. No "hi I'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait" just "what can I get you?" With a personality that shows they really don't care to be employed there.
Today I ordered my regular coffee it's not a complicated order. It's a medium French vanilla iced extra extra. The woman on the headset SCOFFED at me and laughed as if I was being ridiculous ornover complicated. I've worked in customer service for 10+ years. Scoffing at a customer for a simple order is NEVER acceptable. Im sorry I'm patronizing your store.
To make matters worse. My coffee was wrong. They gave me a caramel coffee.
I guess ill go somewhere else where I'm actually...
