The restaurant itself was decorated very nicely for the holidays. Problem is I pay for the food. I ordered, waited 45 minutes only to find out my food was ready for the past 25 minutes sitting on the back counter and only was informed after I asked them to check on it again. Was given an apology and was told they would redo the order right away. They did that, so fast in fact that when I got home I realized they only redid the French fries and instead just kept the pizza, mozzarella sticks and pizza roll in a warmer. Itâs not hard to realize that mozzarella sticks that are cold and a pizza roll and pizza that are soggy when you have a 3 minute drive home are not recooked but are just kept on a warmer for an hour. Iâm hoping this is just a one time occurrence but Iâll never know because I doubt Iâll be back. They were nice about it but ultimately itâs about the food and the food was just not on par with what I always knew their food to be. I wish I didnât have to write this review but to be apologetic was one thing and I was very appreciative of it but then to open up the food and to be given the cold/reheated food seemed like a slap in the face and rendered the apology useless. Despite our calls to the restaurant, their solution was to replace the order. However, upon finally receiving the food, it was shockingly cold. The turnaround time between our call and the delivery was far too quick for a replacement, indicating a reheated meal rather than a fresh one. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect, and the restaurant had the audacity to demand payment for their mistake.

I called and asked to speak to a manager and I was told he was on the phone and would call us back. Explained if I did not receive the food in 5 minutes I would expect a refund which was agreed to. I waited another fifteen minutes and still no one came. The manager never called back. The driver finally shows up and calls said manager and he says take the food and weâll refund. Are you kidding me? We waited 2 hours, were lied to 3 times. So all this and still no food. Thank you for confirming I will never order from you again.
