A bit of an update since the re-opening after the fire. The food is still great! The service is not so great. There are 5 servers standing around and I had to stare at them to gave one come take my order. There is an older woman of the 5 working the hardest. She took care of 4 tables out of 5 while the young workers watched. When dessert was served the server left all the dirty dishes from my meal on the table. She is definitely not in the right line of work or management has not properly trained. They used to play Italian background music or Frank Sinatra style music Today I heard Jimi Hedrix while eating. I like rock and roll but some of the older patrons may not want to hear that while they are dining. It is very cold in the dining area. I thought it was just me until the older woman next to me said "is freezing in here". The problem with most restaurants is the employees adjust the temperature to their liking for working and don't thinking about the resting patrons. In cooling mode thermostats should be set to 74° for proper comfort. Heating 68 to 70°. I still recommend Mangia Mangia based on the quality of food.

I have been going here for a decade plus. I have never had anything but perfectly cooked food. Nice atmosphere and Italian style music playing in the background....

Went again today 2/18/2022 with a guest and it was another enjoyable dining experience. The salad was cold and fresh, the pizza was wonderfully cheesy and tasty with its fresh ingredients, and the chicken fingers were cooked perfectly - tender and moist. Our waitress couldn't have been any friendlier and more helpful. She had a warm smile and a great sense of humor. What more can one ask for?
Update: 5/8/2022 - Dined in today. It was busy but I did not have to wait for a table. I tried the baked lasagna today and it was delicious. There was a choice of meatballs or sausage with the lasagna, and I chose the two good-sized meatballs. The red sauce they use on their Italian dishes agree with me, unlike some other restaurants. (No after-dinner Tums required. 😄) Prices have definitely gone up, but the portion size is so large that you can take home half of it for the next day. The service as usual...
Read moreNeopolitan atmosphere, nice cozy little place, especially on a date. I've actually only had two dishes, Pizza and Veal Parm and both were quite good. Everyone's got individual tastes when it comes to pizza, some people think Dominos is good pizza. I dunno... I grew up in Boston so I like to think I know pizza. Now, I'm not stuck you see but I am a bit of a traditionalist. But if something is good, it's good. I don't like pizza loaded with cheese or meats. Pizza is like a work of art. Crust, sauce, cheese all have to balance and mingle well. Sauce is not over tangy, just right and the crust is thin, not "bready". Anyway they have the best Pizza Margherita - anywhere, I swear. It's all I've got so far...sort of stuck on that. You won't be...
