City Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Billings

So slow! This is not the first time with no one ahead of us that we had to wait to order. Finally someone comes on the speaker and says one moment…….we wait again. We give our order go to the window and it takes forever to get our drink order. Two medium frappes. One comes out. Then we wait again. In total it was over 15 minutes. I tipped a dollar. Shouldn’t have. The person behind us had to wait at the speaker to give their order also. There were no customers inside that we could see. One car. Two people working that we could see. If this had not happened before I would not write this review. Next time we will drive out of our way to another Coty Brew. Poor service. No thank...

Terrible. The service was awful and the wait time was atrocious. The worker there looked like he was all alone and he was clearly distressed.
