Showed up with my two grandchildren. Nothing but young kids “working”.. most of them were standing around while there were lines at the counter and in the drive thru! We were in line behind another kid, who was an obvious friend of the kid taking his order as he gave the customer his 10 percent off as an employee? We then we waited several more minutes as they visited while the rest of us waited in line! When our order was delivered the blizzard was held upside down, and he said, how long should I hold it like this? I replied that’s probably long enough! If this is the best you can do for employees, you might as well close it down! They are pathetic! At least provide some trained adult supervision to control them!! I’m sure I’ll get the canned response, but to save you some time! Probably won’t give you another chance. There are other DQs to visit! Hope you get your act together if I was DQ franchise people I’d take a hard look at...

This is an ok place. Usually my family and I stop there, because it is right off the interstate on our commute back to home. Typically during the days, it is really busy with long drive through lines, and a crowd of people inside waiting for their food. I wouldn't go on an early day cause it takes forever to get anything right away. But as the crowds die down and there isnt many people there, it's a good place to stop, get a meal, and one of their really good treats. Usually it's a clean place, but when its busy, I'm guessing it's hard to find a good clean place to sit and eat. All in all though, this is a pretty nice place to eat. So as long as you dont have to wait around for your food. Also, most of the meal deals are really good, but the side items are usually on the pricey side of things. Most of the time I eat here, it is a good experience. The staff is understanding and helpful, but today, on 6/19/2013, I went there and literally had my order, a simple order of a double cheese burger nothing but ketchup and cheese, a large fry, a small smores shake, and a large Butter Fingers Blizzard, messed up four times. First they tried giving us a small smores blizzard instead of a shake, second the order was to go and we had to carry it out after telling them it was to go (no bags...), third I somehow ended up with a large Smores blizzard instead of my butterfingers, and I had extra mustard and pickles on my sandwich...
