Taco Bell — Restaurant in Billings

Update : this is not acceptable! The door for delivery drivers was locked...im being made to feel like I'm a liar and I Surely I'm not! I am being harassed by teenagers in the drive thru and the manager is playing their game! She is an incompetent manager and she should not be in charge . she is flirting with the vehicle in front of me that started this raging and now she has allowed those kids to surround my car and threaten me! Bullying me is not ok! If they have tapes recording their drive-thru they need to check them to prove that I'm telling the truth ! I'm almost 60 years old... I come in for deliveries all the time... I have never been treated like this is my life! I don't cause problems although I was trying to find out why they were so persistent on trying to harass me! If the door had been opened on the side for delivery , I suppose this would have never happened. She said it was open...this is not the first time it was locked. I even knocked on the door...nobody reacted. I have never had any grief at this store before. I have always been in good spirits with the employees and managers ! She needs to...

pulled into the drive thru and waited while it stayed in place for 15 minutes with no cars at the window and the person at the speaker being ignored. i decided to go inside and order, where the employee told me i had to download the app as they wouldn’t take orders in the lobby. i downloaded the app and placed my order, it charged my card and then told me the order couldn’t place. i spent 5 minutes trying to get an employees attention and eventually was able to ask if they saw the order come through. they did not lol and the employee told me i could just get back in the drive thru line and order there, to which i replied “girl i already waited 15 minutes, are there any other restaurants around here open?” she goes “just out other locations” 🙃 so i get back in line and wait a long ass time again, just to be served the worst tacos i’ve ever gotten from a taco bell lmao like i’ve been traveling all day, i just wanted to cuddle up in bed and eat my tacos within...

Overall good service!! Food came out fast and hot. Our cashier was an MIT so you could tell he had a couple little knicks and grooves to get through, but he was eager to help and assist! His supervisor though... did not catch her name; and frankly would not want to be trained in by her. She was not entirely friendly to us, nor the MIT. Rather than handling training in a proper sense, she decided to over explain each issue, while he was speaking to customers. Almost as if she was trying to embarrass the man! I feel it would have been more appropriate to simply pull the trainee aside, once he was free, or write down the issue and address it in a less condescending manner. There is no need for the customers to know what the man did wrong. A+ to the new employee and the BOH staff for excellent service. As for the supervisor... well let’s hope the more kind and service oriented, manager in training is...
