Before when they first opened I would have given 5 stars all day... excellent customer service... brilliant presentation of cookies... perfect temperature and texture but the last few times I have went I regret going. Normally I get the 4 box this last time I only got one. I walked up to the counter waiting for the person to take my order ... come to find out there is not any customer service... you have to do everything on the computer yourself... it doesn't bother me but I just got over being sick and they didn't even sanitize it before or after me ... what happened to the pandemic that is normally being shoved down Our throats .. ... then before I am am Done putting in my phone number they are already handing the cookie to me ... the reason why I only ordered one is because the display looked awful and there was hair and colors that should Not be there ... the old fashioned Donut was not nice and round and fluffy but looked like it had been overly cooked ... the fruity pebbles I wanted to try but couldn't even ask because I was addressed with a you order there rather then being able to ask questions...I looked up and there was someone sitting and eating by the bakery tables... customer service is definitely a 0 now .... it's such a hit or miss with the cookies being fluffy and warm sadly ... the time before the chocolate was so hard when I got it home I couldn't eat it ... I know bakeries and these need to be made with love .... these...

Cookies are great!! However not impressed with this store and their catering.

After I talked to multiple people I discovered they charge more than what the corporate website advertises. I was just shocked nobody had told me and realize I should’ve asked. The website does say “prices vary by location” in very small print which was my mistake for overlooking that, but the manager was not sympathetic at all about this.

We put our catering order in 3 days prior to our event. They said they only need 24 hours though. I called the day before to make sure they had the right amounts and a pickup time for noon the next day. The lady seemed very annoyed and quickly said “yup we got it”.

We show up the next day at noon and the cookies are not ready. I can see the staff running around with piping frosting bags trying to finish the cookies. 30 minutes later they are done. For catering events I personally do not think being 30 minutes late is acceptable. We were almost late to our own event because of this. We wanted the cookies to be fresh but I guess next time we will need to pick an earlier pickup time since they...
