My family flew in for mother's day weekend from all around the country. We're here because our grandmother past away at 104 years old. We haven't all been together since her 100th. We were meeting in the lounge our 1st night here and the female bartender named Jen was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. The heaters were out so water was cold. Hot tub heater was out as well. BUT SUPER FUN PLACE! The waitstaff and bartenders were 10 star material! Food was fantastic! Would recommend this establishment...
