Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Biloxi

Meat is so low quality and oily, and the buns so thin and flimsy that I couldn't even pick it up because it was instantly saturated with grease. The whole thing just fell apart. And the meat just tastes bad. The small cup of buffalo sauce I asked for on the side would have helped cover that up... but that was $0.65 extra. Told me I'd have to go through the line again to pay for it. Would be nice if that was listed or mentioned anywhere.

Not even willing to give these guys another chance. Just another place to add to the growing list of places I used to like, but will never go again.

Way way way too expensive for the quality you get. Even if the same sandwich was offered to me free, I'd refuse. ...

Love their cheesesteaks but I had a bad customer service experience today. I came in today at 4:45 pm and the woman who took my order was very rude and unwelcoming. She took my order and was chewing gum and blowing bubbles while talking to me. Also, in the middle of taking my order before I could finish saying what I wanted, she turned around and started pulling out fries and left me talking. I am not a picky person but it is really annoying to give your money to a business who does not train their employees properly. I hope...
