Starbucks — Restaurant in Biloxi

Rude customer service. My drink happened to be the same as another customer but I ordered first. I was 3 customers ahead of that customer that happened to take my drink. That customer happened to take mine, which I wasn’t mad about. I was mad that the fact I asked this larger male feminine caucasian worker if a Peppermint Mocha Frap came out, which he just put out literally 10 seconds ago when I saw the customer pick it up. He replied with an attitude “no not yet”. So he lied and gave poor customer service. So I patiently waited and when he put out the same drink with someone else’s name, I waited a couple of minutes. He saw me waiting and said “is that the drink you ordered because someone probably took yours”. I wouldn’t have been upset at all if he didn’t roll his eyes, give me attitude, and lie to my face. It was weird too because everyones name was being called except for mine because they never asked...

Decent coffee for Starbucks but the attitude of the barista making the coffee was awful. Her cashier was clearly new and had a hard time inputting orders, was unsure of what to write on the cups, and seemed nervous. So she went to assist a bit so that she could get the drinks started. I overheard them mention most of my drink order but didn't mention using soy milk so I requested directly to the barista and the women got an attitude about it saying that agree would do it if he wrote it and charged me for it. I requested it when I ordered but had to double check that he charged me correctly and ordered that way due to a milk allergy. So apparently you have to not only repeat your order multiple times, you also have to check your receipt before you allow them to make your drink. Hopefully this was just an off...

Awful. I went there a few times and never again. I remember when I told someone, let’s go to Starbucks and they brought me HERE. I was honestly horrified bcos I already knew they would ruin my drink. I got the SIMPLEST thing and they still screwed it up. If you’re getting a strawberries and creme you better emphasize it’s actually a strawberry and creme bcos they seem unable to tell the difference between that and their other strawberry Frappuccino even though you said the exact drink. As for a white mocha- better make sure they even put the white mocha in. I got just a plain latte back. There was a time I clearly said I wanted a cafe vanilla with a shot and they handed a cold brew to my fiancé. Just don’t go here. It’s a mess. As a former...
