**Edit: talked with one of the owners, said it was a misunderstanding and they took the opportunity to make things right! 😃👍🏻 ................................ We ordered a group lunch for our staff today and my coworker went there to pick it up. She said her name and an order was handed to her, she paid $55. She brought it back to the office only to find that they had given her the wrong order. She immediately took it back to them and they said that they couldn't take the food back but asked for her card as they were giving her the correct order. She thought they were going to give her a credit for the additional charge or something for their error (our order was supposed to be $40). Instead they charged her an additional $20!! She didn't realize this until she came back again to the office. She called them and they would not take the opportunity to make good on this transaction. Another co-worker called them back to see if something could be done and they told her that it was our fault and that she knew what she was doing.... (she literally only just said her name and they handed her an order and she handed them her debt card!). Anyway they said that all they could do is give her a $20 credit for food. This is not good business or good customer service we should not have had to pay $75 for their mistake! This isn't even including the tip that she initially left before she realized they had made...
Read moreNot sure what everyone else likes about this place. Just had the burrito which is "the most popular item". They only had chicken or beef on a Friday night. The beef was unseasoned (tasted like plain ground beef) and the burrito was overloaded with rice and beans. Same goes for my friends chicken burrito. Service was awful with the main guy being largely apathetic. On top of this it is supremely overpriced where a small, taco bell sized burrito costing $9.50. Despite that we both threw away our food and went elsewhere. Don't waste your time here. There are other great options for Mexican food in the Gorge that are cheaper and...
Read moreAwesome Mexican food place, always hits the spot! Family owned and operated, they offer pretty much everything you can think of. Pro-tip, try the torta. I don't know what they do to their bread, but man is it delicious! One of my favorite lunch stops, never gets old and always fresh and made to order. They do run specials, I would recommend Fridays since that's tamale day. They do close for the winter, as do a lot of places here. But if you're in the area and looking for a really good spot to have some lunch, stop by. You won't be...
