McDonald's — Restaurant in Birmingham

Service was terrible when I told the cashier our order she said they were out of every flavor and that nothing came on the hamburger. When I know for a fact that the burger comes with ketchup mustard pickles and diced onions. Then I said that we only wanted the two drinks that came with the meal and a frappe. Then the cashier was having trouble putting our order in she was talking under her breath and unclearly so I couldn’t hear what she was saying. I guess the manager in the blue button down shirt walked over to help the newbie cashier and thought she was helping put in the order she was talking so fast I did not hear her ask about an extra coke my mother in law asked for then when she read our order back I said we only needed the two drinks that came with the meal and the frappe. She said yeah that’s what we got I said okay. We paid and got our drinks but needed up with three sodas cause they misunderstood what we said and when I was telling BYRD the manager started yelling back at me saying I wasn’t listening to her that she told me clearly that we had four drinks and I said no you weren’t paying attention and was talking over me. Anyway I felt like this big woman was being very unprofessional raising her voice at a customer especially a customer from out of town I’m from Montgomery Alabama and I know that is not how your supposed to fix a mistake made by a misunderstanding. YOU NEVER YELL AT A CUSTOMER! You don’t tell them NO! U weren’t listening to me! Ordered chicken nugget meal and a crispy chicken sandwhich meal with shake instead of one of the drinks. Lady took for ever to answer intercom. After we ordered she fixed the shake and left it on counter before the chicken was even done. After recieving food i checked bag told her i had the wrong sauce , then there was a complaint about the fries they was old and cold. As she snatched bag back she said pull to front if you wont fresh fries. So we do that, as we wait in wait because we was not the only ones waiting for fresh fries. When the guy comes out with food i ask did the lady put the correct sauce in he tells me o sauce is .28 i said no sauce come with the meal and i returned the one she gave me because it was wrong. He goes in and come back out says lady said drive back around. So even through its really getting crazy at this point we drive around. She starts fussing saying it was my fault am like no its on my receipt what i asked for and just drove off its sad that i had to be blamed for giving my service because they didnt wont to be bothered. This was an horrible experience. I ordered on the app and parked for curbside pick up. I noted in the app that I was in space 3. I waited about 12 mins and went to check on my order. The doors were locked and the staff just looked at me. So I call the store from my phone 2x and no one answered so I walked over to the drive thru window and the lady told me that they don't do curbside orders and I needed to go to the back of the line of the drive thru. So I get in line and finally reach the first window where a lady tells me they haven't had any mobile orders and she doesn't see mines but she tells me to go to the next window. I get to the next window and the first lady says she doesn't see my order and says that I order to the wrong store, I show her my mobile order and she verified that it was the right store and location but says again there is no order. It's been 25mins at this point. A 3rd lady comes up and ask what did I order and walks away before I can tell her how my Sandwich was customize. A 4th lady comes and hands me a bag with the my order, that's wrong and the fries were cold. Mobile ordering should facilitate a smoother process but apparently it only...
