Savannah, or whatever her name is, has the WORST customer service. Ever. She picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to. If you intimidate her in any way, she’ll avoid you and be rude to you all night. The amount of cussing and lies she spewed was disgusting. Do not work in an industry where you have to take care of other people and serve others if you’re going to let your insecurity and jealousy get the best of you. I have yet to come across such a horrible, rude, nasty bartender until tonight. 0/10 would recommend. She will drive business away and it’s a shame to say because it’s such a chill establishment to be in. The constant yelling about getting out because you’re “closing” and the profanity and unprofessionalism that we had to endure tonight was off putting and just simply pathetic. She is a pathetic excuse of a human being and I wouldn’t wish her upon my worst enemies. Get better staff and treat paying customers with some respect instead of yelling at them and spewing lies. This was a DISGUSTINGLY horrid visit. There was absolutely no excuse for her to act the way she did the ENTIRE night to me and whoever was with me at the time. Not one time was I or anyone rude to her. We smiled and were polite all night to this girl even after being ignored at the bar until she had absolutely no choice to cater to me.

Be better and get better staff. Hire people who are friendly and want to be there for everyone and do their job. Stop hiring rude bartenders who act like they hate their life and hate everyone and anything that looks at them.

Super cool atmosphere but the “security” and bar tender need to chill out a little bit. These guys are always in your business and threatening. Kind of ruins the vibe. Bathroom situation is terrible and the staff will yell at you for knocking or walking out of there thinking you weren’t alone. Super cool place but the staff is ruining the vibe there lately. When asked , they said they have to keep the “hooligans” under control. Our party of mostly 30+ was a little offended and asked if we were being hooligans and they said no, but still treated us with this awful power trip. Better ways to handle it. Don’t let the staff ruin this place, because it is a great spot. It was almost as if the staffs guard was up and on the look out for something. Regardless, you can maintain professionalism and manage your facility still.

Oh and $5 cover because there is a DJ? He played old school vinyl for 45 minutes and then played music through a phone.

If you are from another state (especially one not in the south), you might want to avoid this place. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ID SCANNER! The manager (blonde lady) kept saying my ID made her uncomfortable (after already being there for about an hour) even though it is a VERIFIED REAL MARYLAND ID.. like if the airport can take my ID, I am sure this small bar in alabama can take it.. but also, my friends said that there were racist undertones behind the manager’s actions.. she seemed okay, but if the people around me saw it, I think it is important to mention. She gave me a refund for my cover, so that was nice! The bouncers were really nice, though! Joe and Dave were awesome and very kind after the manager kicked us out. They gave us some recommendations for some other bars that have ID scanners and can actually verify REAL ID’s! Anyways, if you’re from another state, maybe avoid this place. I am sure that their local experience is...
