Absolutely the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I went in with a valid coupon for a free 6-inch when you buy a footlong. I ordered a 6-inch turkey sub, which was fine. He ordered the Turkey Titan (which is literally on their menu), but the employee making it kept asking what he wanted over and over, then still only put turkey on it. He had to read the ingredients from the board out loud to her.
While this was happening, I saw a HUGE ROACH crawl across the ceiling, fall into a pan sitting on top of the bread storage box, and continue crawling all over the area where food is kept. Completely disgusting and a major health violation.
When it came time to pay, they refused to honor my coupon even though it was valid and not expired. I ended up paying $20.88 for two sandwiches (I wouldn’t have even gone to Subway without the coupon) AND after watching a roach in the food prep area.

I pulled up to the subway location one day around 3pm. There were no customers in the store. As I was walking to the door, I could see the employee through the window cussing me out and continued to do after after i walked in as he walked back towards the back area. After ordering my sandwich, I was trying to decide what I wanted on it and he kept rushing me saying " come on man lets go, lets go what you want?!"
There have been several times that I have noticed poor sanitary practices. I have seen an employee drop a sandwich knife on the floor and then pick it back up and attempt to reuse it ( I Stopped that from happening). I was in there the other day and as I was ordering my sandwich, the women behind the counter wiped her hands on her mouth, picked her tooth, then tried to put gloves on to make my sandwich luckily I stopped that. Unfortunately a hit or miss with your sandwich being made correctly when ordering through the app even with written notes.Typically a nice staff and I never complain. I just try to adjust so I actually went the extra mile today and called ahead to assure it would be made correctly. I shouldn’t have because I instead got the opposite of what ordered which is a first but highly disappointing. I don’t want to keep playing a guessing game or wasting money so I will choose a different location for my future purchases
