It has been hit and miss for the most part regarding the experience we have received over the years. Lately, things have progressed to worse. In the past either I am given a specific time to pick up at the drive thru window only to be told they are super busy and I need to pull off and park. I have been forced more than once to wait as long as an additional 45 minutes making me think I was forgotten or whatever? Upon receipt of my order it often comes with no apology or even a kind thank you for waiting. Customer service there is very poor.
I generally always order the exact same item so I do know the prices I'm expected to pay. However, over the last couple months the price seems to vary and whenever I inquire I was told they just had a price increase. They failed to make any "new" price adjustment changes with there online menu which makes me think of a bait & switch tactic. Today, which has confirmed this is my LAST visit with them I ordered the XL BBQ pizza but asked to sub the onions with green peppers. The order was read back to me noting the changes. I also included with this order 12 BBQ wings. Upon arrival I was charged $39.57 for my order. Without it dawning on me until after I pulled away I realized I was grossly overcharged. The menu online states the pizza would be $15.99 and the wings are $12. Even with tax that is clearly still a $10 overcharge. I paid cash. I thought about turning around but out of my frustration I decided given I will not order from them anymore then screw the difference. When I made it back home I discovered they had not made the substitution I requested on the pizza and was forced to eat it anyways.
My business is vacation rentals and because of these ongoing mistakes and over charges I am removing their listing from reputable eateries in the area from our directory listing of local businesses to try. I cannot afford to have upset guests experience this only to have our recommendation being tarnished from it.

Read moreMargarita was great. Pizza "not great".
Onions ordered for pizza came sliced so thinly, and with the pizza lacking sauce/moisture, the onions burnt to a crisp. It shouldn't have made it my table.
The tiny amount of sauce was spread miserly and unevenly, so much of the time I was eating dough that was just passable. Sauce - supermarket jars have more flavor.
Service VERY slow, because waitress was taking walk-in orders, pickups, drive-thru, making drinks and serving tables. It definitely wasn't first come, first served. Whoever got her attention got served and others waited without comment or, at best, a perfunctory apology. I was overcharged, and then she blamed new computer system.
People rave about the knots, and maybe my pizza wasn't representative. That said, I'll go around the corner for Pizza and food, because they have been consistently good and Dylan's seems to have too few helpers to satisfy...
Read moreThe atmosphere here felt nostalgic for us. It has a laid back and welcoming at-home feeling. Nice open space dining areas with a full bar. I tried the watermelon margarita, which was yum. We shared a small meat lover's pizza- BEST EVER. You can tell tje ingredients in everything are fresh. The pizza dough is soft and delicious. The toppings were so flavorful. I'm someone who usually avoids that much meat on pizza. This is honestly the best pizza I've ever had out. We also got the jalapeño poppers. These were amazing in texture and flavor as the breading was a good cornbread and panko consistency with fresh jalapeños, not pickled. The owner served us and everything was so quick. We're making Dylan's our go to for take out...
